What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. The item must be in original package and unused. Some special order items may not be eligible for a refund but you will be notified of this before your order is completed. We apologize but we will not be able to refund any shipping charges. If you are returning an item please call 1-800-648-1227 to get your return authorization number before you ship your item back.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Time will vary depending on the item and vendor. We have added an area in the product description that is an estimate of how long it will take until your item is shipped. You must add this to the time in transit for UPS. We stock many items and those will ship immediately, however, other items may have to be shipped to us and then shipped to our customers because of limitations imposed by our vendors. We will make every effort to get your order processed and shipped in the quickest time possible.
